2025 年第 35 届“您的一滴，救我一命”捐血运动

由雪隆潮州会馆妇女组暨青年团承办暨雪隆区 29个团体联办协办的 2025 年第 35 届“您的一滴，救我一命”捐血运动，𧫴定于 2025 年 9 月 16 日(星期二)，上午 8 时至下午 4 时在雪隆海南会馆(天后宮)大礼堂举行，欢迎公众踊跃响应並参与本年次的捐血活动。

“您的一滴，救我一命”捐血活动历经卅余年，今年继续举办，旨在协助国家血库中心让国家血库中心职员可以在集中地点收取血液，实现最大效益。每一包捐献的血浆，都能为需要的患者带来一线希望和生命的延续。 因此，这次捐血运动的目标是收集 600 袋血浆，支援雪隆地区的病患需求。此次活动也获得各联办及协办团体熱烈的支持与合作，加上来自社会热心人士的慷慨捐献，筹委会 祈望这次的捐血活动能顺利进行並达到预期的目标。此外，为回馈捐血次数超过60次的成功捐血者，我们特地准备了30份健康礼篮。数量有限，先到先得。

在此提醒有意捐血的善心人士需注意以下的捐血前健康标准，如距离上一次捐血已经超过三个月、捐血前一星期没有服用抗生素或其它药物、捐血前 24 小时内不喝酒、捐血前一晚睡眠超过 5 小时及需吃早餐后才可捐血。

籍此，捐血运动筹委会呼吁各位热心公众 2025 年 9 月 16 日（星期二）这一天，踊跃前来吉隆坡天后宫，挽起衣袖，捐血助人。捐血者可以提前通过这个链接 https://forms.gle/kKeWbPex2wTCtx849 登记报名捐血，并可以在当天通过快速通道进行捐血。

Press Release for the 35th “Your Drop, My Life” Blood Donation Campaign 2025

Organized by the Women’s Section and Youth Section of the Selangor & Kuala Lumpur Teo Chew Association, together with the co-organization and support of 29 associations in the Klang Valley, the 35th “Your Drop, My Life” Blood Donation Campaign will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Grand Hall of Selangor & Kuala Lumpur Hainan Association (Thean Hou Temple). The public is warmly invited to actively participate in this year’s blood donation event.

Having been carried out for more than three decades, the “Your Drop, My Life” Blood Donation Campaign continues this year with the aim of assisting the National Blood Centre by providing a centralized venue for blood collection, thereby maximizing efficiency. Every single pack of donated blood plasma offers patients a glimmer of hope and the chance to extend their lives.

The campaign’s target this year is to collect 600 packs of blood plasma to support patients in the Klang Valley. The event has received enthusiastic support and cooperation from all co-organizing bodies, as well as generous contributions from caring members of society. The organizing committee hopes this blood donation campaign will run smoothly and achieve its intended goal.

In appreciation of dedicated donors, we have specially prepared 30 health gift hampers for blood donors who have donated successfully more than 60 times. These will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis as quantities are limited.

In conjunction with the launch of the 35th Blood Donation Campaign, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the businesses for their enthusiastic support and generous contributions. Gifts, hampers, as well as food and beverages will be prepared as tokens of appreciation for all donors. Each blood donor will receive a specially prepared goodie bag.
